T Bone Burnett & The Golden Globes

I've been hearing great things about a little movie that almost went straight to DVD - "Crazy Heart" T Bone scored the movie with his late friend Stephen Bruton - who died of cancer last May.

In December T Bone was honored by the Los Angeles Film Critics Association and over the weekend he won two more awards. On Friday "The Weary Kind" (which he wrote with Ryan Bingham) was named Best Song at the Broadcast Film Critics Association's 15th Annual Critics' Choice Movie Awards. "The Weary Kind" also won the Best Original Song - Motion Picture last night at the 67th Annual Golden Globes.

On a side-note - Jeff Bridges won Best Actor - Movie (Drama) for Crazy Heart!!
