The list is a mix of artists (acting and singing) from 11 to19.
No surprise then to find Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus on the list.
Taylor really has some impressive numbers on the album charts. When "Fearless" (2009 ACM Album of the Year) came out she became the first artist ever to hold six top 20 debuts on the Billboard Hot 100 within a calendar year.
And Miley is...well...Hannah freakin' Montana...only the most popular teenager on the planet.
