"The Weary Kind (Theme from 'Crazy Heart')" won the Best Original Song Oscar last night.
T-Bone Burnett and Ryan Bingham were on hand to accept the award, but T-Bone wasn't feeling well, so Ryan did the talking, expressing their appreciation for the recognition.
"The Weary Kind" has also won Best Original Song - Motion Picture at the Golden Globes, Best Song at the Broadcast Film Critics Association's 15th Annual Critics' Choice Movie Awards. Plus, the score, created with T-Bones late friend Stephen Bruton - who died of cancer last May - was honored by the Los Angeles Film Critics Association in December.
Billy Ray Cyrus took home a Golden Raspberry Award for Worst Supporting Actor for his role in "Hannah Montana: The Movie."
Sandra Bullock made history this year when she became the first actress to win an Oscar and a Razzie in the same year. She won an Oscar for Best Actress for "The Blind Side" and a Razzie for Worst Actress in "All About Steve." (gotta say, it would have been hilarious if she would have won for the same film!)
She had quite the sense of humor - and actually showed up at the Awards to accept her Razzie!
She pulled a wagon full of "All About Steve" DVDs onto the Awards stage! "You know, nothing ever lets me get too full of myself," Bullock said after the Oscars.
Sandra promised to keep both her Razzie and Oscar trophies prominently displayed in her home. "They'll sit side by side on a nice little shelf somewhere," she said. "The Razzie maybe on a different shelf ... lower."
