Monday night at the Ryman Auditorium (the Mother Church of Country Music) The 46th Aannual ASCAP Country Music Awards were held.
Alan Jackson won the Songwriter/Artist of the Year Award (taking it from John Rich who had won it the last three years - yes a record).
